Free Shipping on Orders $90 and Above
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90 within the United States. For orders under $90, standard shipping rates apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing high order volumes or if there are unforeseen delays (such as during holidays), your order may take longer to process. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We currently offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. for all orders.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver within the United States. Delivery times are calculated from the day the order is shipped, not from the day it is placed.

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We only ship to verified addresses within the United States.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $90.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $90, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: If you choose an expedited shipping method, additional fees may apply. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Venatr is not responsible for any damage or loss once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • In the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@venatr.co, and we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

Customs & Import Taxes
For international customers, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
