Venatr Refund & Exchange Policy

At Venatr, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our combat sports gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit or exchanges instead of refunds.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for sizing or product issues within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@venatr.co with your order details.

Store Credit Instead of Returns

• If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of an exchange.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will provide store credit in the form of a gift card or discount code for future purchases.

• Store credit does not expire and can be used on any Venatr product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
